Makati City Government and Infra officially signed the Asset Transfer Agreement and Preferred Share Subscription Agreement. Makati City Government will transfer 7.87 hectares of developable land into Makati City Subway, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Infra, according to the PPP joint venture agreement. Meanwhile, Infra will issue more than 7.2 billion Pesos preferred shares to Makati City Government.
