Infra is accepted by Makati City Government for detailed negotiation at technical and financial lever; Makati City Government no longer accepts other similar proposals; and in accordance with code 2014-051 of Makati City regulations (as amended by code 2017-007 of Makati City regulations), Infra can negotiate the next stage of PPP process in terms of obtaining exclusive original proponent status of unsolicited proposal.
