Vice President Jejomar C. Binay led the ribbon cutting ceremony amd inauguration rites of Sunshine Fiesta Subdivision at Barangay Tatala, Binangonan, Province of Rizal last Sunday, 22 May 2011. He was assisted by Rizal Governor Casimiro A. Ynares III. VP Binay, in his message, lauded the proponents of the project in their efforts of helping the government in achieving its mass housing objectives.

Sunshine Fiesta Subdivision is a joint venture project between Interport Resources Corporation and Dreamhauz Management & Development Corporation. It is a 30-hectare subdivision project the be developed in several phases. First phase will consist of 950 low cost units with price range of Php575,000 to Php 675,000 and is available through Pag-Ibig Fund financing.
