Who We Are
IRC Properties, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively referred as “IRC”, “we”, “us”or “our”) recognize the importance of protecting your Personal Data. We handle your personal information and data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, other issuances of the National Privacy Commission and other relevant laws of the Philippines (collectively, the “DPA”).
We recognize the importance of your rights as a Data Subject under the DPA, as follows:

This Privacy Policy aims to provide information on how we collect, use, manage, and secure your personal information. Any personal information you provide us is handled in accordance with the policies as set out. By continuing to use this site and/or availing of our products/services, you are indicating your express consent to our Privacy Policy.
What Personal Information We Collect
Personal information is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context.
1. Personal Information
In the performance of our services, or as part of our transactions and dealings, we collect your personal information which may include, but not limited to, the following:
- Your name, gender, civil status, date of birth, address, telephone or mobile numbers, email address, mailing address, proof of identification and any other information relating to you which you have provided us in submission of any form as part of our transactions and dealings with you.

- Your credit history, bank account and credit card information that you provide us in availing of our products and services
- Information about your visit and use of our websites, digital platforms, and mobile apps, including but not limited to social media profile information, IP Addresses, your browsing behaviour within and throughout our digital assets, and session lengths, that are collected by our website analytics tools and cookies that we may place on your computer. You may disable the use of cookies on your browser at any time
- Your social media behaviour when you tag, mention, or post photographs of any development of IRC Properties, Inc. and its subsidiaries publicly on any social media account (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Your company information, performance, history, and financial and capital, when we engage in business transactions or you partner with us.
- Any information you submit when to our sales, account management, or customer relations agents for update of your records or information; in relation to your inquiries or requests; when you participate in our survey, discount, event information and prize promotion; when you refer a person to verify the information you provided to us; when you visit and connect to our websites and social media pages; or any other event or activity that may be similar or related to any of the foregoing.
2. Consent
By providing your Personal Information or by buying/availing of our products and services, you confirm your agreement to the terms and conditions contained in this Privacy Policy or any amendments that may subsequently be made thereon.
3. Collection Personal Information
We may collect and store your Personal Information in a variety of ways, including:
- When you interact with our sales agents, brokers, or our marketing department, through email, phone, chat services or face-to-face meetings
- When you submit a job application
- When you reserve, purchase or avail of any of our products, services, promos, activities, and events
- When you provide personal information in relation to inquiries, requests, and complaints

When you provide information other than your own, you certify that you have obtained the consent and authority of the owner of such information (such as your parents, spouse, children, dependent, or any other person) to allow us to disclose and process such information.
Use and Sharing of Personal Information
1. We User Your Personal Information to:
- Process the products and services that you have availed from us.
- Enhance your customer experience by delivering product services that match your preference and needs
- Provide information about our latest products, services, promos and events.
- Respond immediately relevant services, advisories including responses to your queries, requests and complaints.
- Comply with the law, rule or regulation and all legal orders and processes.

2. We Share Your Personal Information, to the Extent that is Reasonable and Necessary, to:
- Our employees or other personnel handling your transactions, orders or requests.
- Banks, insurers or professional advisers in connection with due diligence and documentation of your transaction.
- Any third-party service provider performing financial, administrative, technical and other ancillary services.
- Government institution and other competent authorities which by law, rules or regulations require us to disclose your personal
information. - Any person or entity we contractually enter into transactions with and who ensures the confidentiality standard we implement and adheres to the DPA.
- Any person in order to carry out functions of public authority, and for collection and further processing pertaining to law enforcement, taxation or other regulatory function.
Personal Information Retention and Protection
We Retain Your Personal Information:
- To the extent necessary in keeping track of your transaction and records;
- To the extent that we are required to do so by law;
- As may be agreed upon by the parties to a contract;
- For statistical, research and other purpose specifically authorized by law;
Data collected will be retained in our database. When there is no further need to retain your data, i.e., when your transactions with us are done, we still retain your data in our database, unless you request for its deletion. All personal information shall be disposed or discarded in a secure manner that would prevent further processing, unauthorized access, or disclosure to any other party or the public.
Cookies and Relation Technologies
A cookie is a small file which asks permissions to be placed on your computer’s hard drive that originates from a website to record the user’s browsing activity. Cookies are designed to remember pieces of information that the user has entered in a certain website. Essentially, cookies help in making the browsing of our site easier by, among other things, saving your name, and other preferences.

We may periodically update or amend our Privacy Policy from time to time in order to adhere to new and existing laws affecting the DPA, including any change or improvement we establish to secure your personal information. Any updates or changes shall not alter how we handle previously collected personal data without obtaining your consent, unless required by law. Also any changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on News and Updates of the site with a date stamped so that you are informed of the latest Policy update.
